Pure Bespoke Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pure Bespoke. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Pure Bespoke provides automotive detailing, vinyl wrapping, window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), and ceramic coating services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods specified on our website.

  • Any outstanding balances must be settled before the vehicle is returned to the customer.

3. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We take pride in our craftsmanship and provide warranties on some of our services (e.g., vinyl wraps, PPF, ceramic coatings). Specific warranty terms will be discussed before each job.

  • Pure Bespoke is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by improper care after the service is completed.

4. Liability

  • Pure Bespoke is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

  • In the event of any damage caused by our service, our liability is limited to the cost of repairs or the re-performance of the service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any modifications or previous treatments on the vehicle that may affect the outcome of the services.

  • Customers are responsible for following post-service care instructions provided by Pure Bespoke to maintain the quality of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Pure Bespoke website, including logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Pure Bespoke and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
